PokeBonk Golem

Pokemon · Geodude line · last checked 2026-10-20

PokeBonk Golem is a Rock and Ground Pokemon that you cannot pick at the start of a run: it is the evolved form of Geodude, a League Pokemon. Play Graveler and it evolves into Golem automatically at player level 42, which raises your HP and damage multiplier to 1.24x. Golem keeps the Geodude kit and upgrades the Ultimate to Golem Blast. The line sits in B tier with a Kit Score of 28.9.

How to get Golem in PokeBonk

You do not unlock Golem directly. First unlock Geodude through its League challenge and catch it; the PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists the conditions. Then pick Geodude for a run and level up: evolution in a run depends only on your player level, not on stones or trades, so Golem arrives at level 42.

Each stage adds 0.12 to your HP and damage multiplier, so an evolved form hits harder and takes more hits than the Pokemon you started with. An Eviolite helps until the last stage. See PokeBonk evolution for every line.

Golem moves and passive

Golem uses the same four-move kit as Geodude; evolving does not swap moves. Its passive is Sturdy: You survive a lethal hit with 1 HP once per run. +10 armor.

Golem Ultimate

At this stage the Ultimate is Golem Blast, lasting 3 seconds: The roll and the avalanche end in an enormous explosion (without losing your Pokemon) that cracks the ground in a star shape. The PokeBonk Ultimate guide explains how to charge it faster.

Golem evolution levels in PokeBonk

In PokeBonk every evolution happens by player level inside a run, whatever the main games ask for. The Geodude line evolves like this: Geodude evolves into Graveler at level 30 and Graveler evolves into Golem at level 42.

Golem stats in runs

The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths. Each evolution stage adds 0.12 to the HP and damage multiplier. These are the starting values before Lab upgrades, items and vitamins:

Where Golem appears as a boss

Besides being playable, Golem is listed as a boss on the maps: Viridian Forest as a possible zone 3 guardian and Rocky Desert as a possible zone 3 Summoner. Boss HP is budgeted from your own damage per second, so the fight length stays close to the game's targets; the PokeBonk maps page lists every boss slot.

PokeBonk Golem FAQ
