Play Eevee and it evolves into Jolteon automatically at player level 36, which raises your HP and damage multiplier to 1.12x. Jolteon keeps the Eevee kit and upgrades the Ultimate to Elemental Evolution. The line sits in C tier with a Kit Score of 22.3.

How to get Jolteon in PokeBonk
You do not unlock Jolteon directly. First unlock Eevee through its League challenge and catch it; the PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists the conditions. Then pick Eevee for a run and level up: evolution in a run depends only on your player level, not on stones or trades, so Jolteon arrives at level 36.
Eevee is special: at level 36 it turns into Vaporeon, Jolteon or Flareon at random, so you cannot choose the branch.
Jolteon moves and passive
Jolteon uses the same four-move kit as Eevee; evolving does not swap moves. Its passive is Adaptability: +25% damage with moves of your own type (the type bonus goes from ×1.25 to ×1.56).

Jolteon evolution levels in PokeBonk
In PokeBonk every evolution happens by player level inside a run, whatever the main games ask for. The Eevee line evolves like this: Eevee evolves into Vaporeon at level 36, Eevee evolves into Jolteon at level 36, and Eevee evolves into Flareon at level 36.
Jolteon stats in runs
The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths.
