PokeBonk Rhydon

Pokemon · Rhyhorn line · last checked 2026-10-20

PokeBonk Rhydon is a Ground and Rock Pokemon that you cannot pick at the start of a run: it is the evolved form of Rhyhorn, a League Pokemon. Play Rhyhorn and it evolves into Rhydon automatically at player level 47, which raises your HP and damage multiplier to 1.12x. Rhydon keeps the Rhyhorn kit and upgrades the Ultimate to Rock Drill. The line sits in A tier with a Kit Score of 52.1.

How to get Rhydon in PokeBonk

You do not unlock Rhydon directly. First unlock Rhyhorn through its League challenge and catch it; the PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists the conditions. Then pick Rhyhorn for a run and level up: evolution in a run depends only on your player level, not on stones or trades, so Rhydon arrives at level 47.

Each stage adds 0.12 to your HP and damage multiplier, so an evolved form hits harder and takes more hits than the Pokemon you started with. An Eviolite helps until the last stage. See PokeBonk evolution for every line.

Rhydon moves and passive

Rhydon uses the same four-move kit as Rhyhorn; evolving does not swap moves. Its passive is Unstoppable Charge: +15 armor. After 1.5 s of running without stopping, you charge: enemies you touch take damage and are sent flying.

Rhydon Ultimate

At this stage the Ultimate is Rock Drill, lasting 2.6 seconds: The charge ends in a drill horn that pierces the ground and unleashes a rain of twelve rocks on the enemies. The PokeBonk Ultimate guide explains how to charge it faster.

Rhydon evolution levels in PokeBonk

In PokeBonk every evolution happens by player level inside a run, whatever the main games ask for. The Rhyhorn line evolves like this: Rhyhorn evolves into Rhydon at level 47.

Rhydon stats in runs

The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths. Each evolution stage adds 0.12 to the HP and damage multiplier. These are the starting values before Lab upgrades, items and vitamins:

Where Rhydon appears as a boss

Besides being playable, Rhydon is listed as a boss on the maps: Rocky Desert as a possible zone 2 guardian. Boss HP is budgeted from your own damage per second, so the fight length stays close to the game's targets; the PokeBonk maps page lists every boss slot.
