PokeBonk Beedrill

Pokemon · Weedle line · last checked 2026-10-20

PokeBonk Beedrill is a Bug and Poison Pokemon that you cannot pick at the start of a run: it is the evolved form of Weedle, a League Pokemon. Play Kakuna and it evolves into Beedrill automatically at player level 36, which raises your HP and damage multiplier to 1.24x. Beedrill keeps the Weedle kit and upgrades the Ultimate to Deadly Swarm. The line sits in A tier with a Kit Score of 53.5.

How to get Beedrill in PokeBonk

You do not unlock Beedrill directly. First unlock Weedle through its League challenge and catch it; the PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists the conditions. Then pick Weedle for a run and level up: evolution in a run depends only on your player level, not on stones or trades, so Beedrill arrives at level 36.

Each stage adds 0.12 to your HP and damage multiplier, so an evolved form hits harder and takes more hits than the Pokemon you started with. An Eviolite helps until the last stage. See PokeBonk evolution for every line.

Beedrill moves and passive

Beedrill uses the same four-move kit as Weedle; evolving does not swap moves. Its passive is Poison Sting: +10% attack speed. Your crits poison and poisoned enemies take +20% damage. Evolves soon (Kakuna at Lv. 8, Beedrill at Lv. 36); as Kakuna, +30 armor.

Beedrill Ultimate

At this stage the Ultimate is Deadly Swarm, lasting 4.2 seconds: Eight ghost Beedrill fly with you for 4 s and dive down with their stingers. The PokeBonk Ultimate guide explains how to charge it faster.

Beedrill evolution levels in PokeBonk

In PokeBonk every evolution happens by player level inside a run, whatever the main games ask for. The Weedle line evolves like this: Weedle evolves into Kakuna at level 16 and Kakuna evolves into Beedrill at level 36.

Beedrill stats in runs

The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths. Each evolution stage adds 0.12 to the HP and damage multiplier. These are the starting values before Lab upgrades, items and vitamins:

Where Beedrill appears as a boss

Besides being playable, Beedrill is listed as a boss on the maps: Viridian Forest as a possible zone 1 Summoner. Boss HP is budgeted from your own damage per second, so the fight length stays close to the game's targets; the PokeBonk maps page lists every boss slot.
