PokeBonk Lum Berry is a rare chest item: every 30 s, if you're hurt, you heal 12% of HP. +10% healing received. You find it in Poke Ball chests and Meowth's shop during a run, and you can hold up to 3 copies. It is not in the item pool at first: open 30 item poke balls to unlock it, then buy it for 450 Stardust.

What Lum Berry does in PokeBonk
Every 30 s, if you're hurt, you heal 12% of HP. +10% healing received. Each extra copy adds the same bonus again, up to 3. Since version 0.5.3 bonuses of the same kind add together instead of multiplying, so 3 copies give +30% healing.
Items work on every move you carry, whatever its shape, unless the effect names a shape or a type. The pause screen shows each move's damage per second, so you can check what Lum Berry adds mid-run.
How to get Lum Berry
Chests are Poke Balls you buy with PokeDollars during a run; each one costs more than the last. A paid Poke Ball lets you pick one of three items, Great Balls from challenge altars and guardians are free, and Meowth's shop sells four offers at a time. Rare items are rare early in a run: their odds rise with your player level, your luck and the zone you are in, so luck and later zones help.
Lum Berry is one of the 35 items you must unlock: open 30 item poke balls. Then buy it in the Lab for 450 Stardust. The PokeBonk Stardust guide lists the cheapest unlocks first.
