How to get Wigglytuff in PokeBonk
You do not unlock Wigglytuff directly. First unlock Jigglypuff through its League challenge and catch it; the PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists the conditions. Then pick Jigglypuff for a run and level up: evolution in a run depends only on your player level, not on stones or trades, so Wigglytuff arrives at level 42.
Each stage adds 0.12 to your HP and damage multiplier, so an evolved form hits harder and takes more hits than the Pokemon you started with. An Eviolite helps until the last stage. See PokeBonk evolution for every line.
Wigglytuff moves and passive
Wigglytuff uses the same four-move kit as Jigglypuff; evolving does not swap moves. Its passive is Cute Charm: Anyone who touches you is charmed. +5% evasion.
