PokeBonk Weezing

Pokemon · Koffing line · last checked 2026-10-20

PokeBonk Weezing is a Poison-type Pokemon that you cannot pick at the start of a run: it is the evolved form of Koffing, a League Pokemon. Play Koffing and it evolves into Weezing automatically at player level 43, which raises your HP and damage multiplier to 1.12x. Weezing keeps the Koffing kit and upgrades the Ultimate to Big Blast. The line sits in D tier with a Kit Score of 10.9.

How to get Weezing in PokeBonk

You do not unlock Weezing directly. First unlock Koffing through its League challenge and catch it; the PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists the conditions. Then pick Koffing for a run and level up: evolution in a run depends only on your player level, not on stones or trades, so Weezing arrives at level 43.

Each stage adds 0.12 to your HP and damage multiplier, so an evolved form hits harder and takes more hits than the Pokemon you started with. An Eviolite helps until the last stage. See PokeBonk evolution for every line.

Weezing moves and passive

Weezing uses the same four-move kit as Koffing; evolving does not swap moves. Its passive is Toxic Cloud: You levitate: hold Jump to glide and you can climb walls. A 4 m gas cloud surrounds you and poisons every second. Like Weezing, 5.5 m.

Weezing Ultimate

At this stage the Ultimate is Big Blast, lasting 2.8 seconds: Two clouds (yours and another in front), a gigantic detonation and eight chain explosions on the enemies. The PokeBonk Ultimate guide explains how to charge it faster.

Weezing evolution levels in PokeBonk

In PokeBonk every evolution happens by player level inside a run, whatever the main games ask for. The Koffing line evolves like this: Koffing evolves into Weezing at level 43.

Weezing stats in runs

The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths. Each evolution stage adds 0.12 to the HP and damage multiplier. These are the starting values before Lab upgrades, items and vitamins:

Where Weezing appears as a boss

Besides being playable, Weezing is listed as a boss on the maps: Viridian Forest as a possible zone 3 Totem and Lavender Tower as the listed zone 2 boss (map not open in Season 1). Boss HP is budgeted from your own damage per second, so the fight length stays close to the game's targets; the PokeBonk maps page lists every boss slot.
