PokeBonk Seadra

Pokemon · Horsea line · last checked 2026-10-20

PokeBonk Seadra is a Water-type Pokemon that you cannot pick at the start of a run: it is the evolved form of Horsea, a League Pokemon. Play Horsea and it evolves into Seadra automatically at player level 41, which raises your HP and damage multiplier to 1.12x. Seadra keeps the Horsea kit and upgrades the Ultimate to Dragon Whirlwind. The line sits in B tier with a Kit Score of 30.1.

How to get Seadra in PokeBonk

You do not unlock Seadra directly. First unlock Horsea through its League challenge and catch it; the PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists the conditions. Then pick Horsea for a run and level up: evolution in a run depends only on your player level, not on stones or trades, so Seadra arrives at level 41.

Each stage adds 0.12 to your HP and damage multiplier, so an evolved form hits harder and takes more hits than the Pokemon you started with. An Eviolite helps until the last stage. See PokeBonk evolution for every line.

Seadra moves and passive

Seadra uses the same four-move kit as Horsea; evolving does not swap moves. Its passive is Ink: +10% crit and +25% crit damage. Your crits cover the enemy in ink and blind it (charm: it deals -40% damage).

Seadra Ultimate

At this stage the Ultimate is Dragon Whirlwind, lasting 2.6 seconds: The ink, two whirlpools advancing toward your target and a dragon water jet falling from the sky on the strongest enemy. The PokeBonk Ultimate guide explains how to charge it faster.

Seadra evolution levels in PokeBonk

In PokeBonk every evolution happens by player level inside a run, whatever the main games ask for. The Horsea line evolves like this: Horsea evolves into Seadra at level 41.

Seadra stats in runs

The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths. Each evolution stage adds 0.12 to the HP and damage multiplier. These are the starting values before Lab upgrades, items and vitamins:
