How to unlock Mewtwo in PokeBonk
Mewtwo joins your League in two steps. First, finish its League challenge; the counters add up across runs unless a goal says "in a single run":
- Have 60 members in your League.
- Capture Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres.
- Win the Rocky Desert on Hard.

Then Mewtwo does not wander in as a normal Wild Encounter: it shows up as a boss in zone 2 or 3 of a standard run, once per run, and after you beat it you throw a Poke Ball to catch it. The PokeBonk Mewtwo guide covers the fight.
Mewtwo moves in PokeBonk
Each League Pokemon has a fixed kit of four moves. Move 1 is equipped from the start; moves 2, 3 and 4 are offered as new-move cards at player levels 2, 4 and 7. A run holds three moves until you buy the 4th move slot in the Lab. Hit damage below is the move's base hit at level 1 before your stats, items and type bonus; cooldowns shrink with attack speed.

Mewtwo passive: Genome
+15% damage, area and speed. Every 8 s a psychic barrier gives you a shield worth 15% of your HP. Your crits stun.
Psycho Cut, Psystrike, Prismatic Laser, and Psycho Boost match Mewtwo's type, so they deal 25% more damage (same-type bonus). Moves can also be learned from its learnset and from other League members of the same type, which the PokeBonk beginner guide explains.

The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths. Where Mewtwo appears as a boss
Besides being playable, Mewtwo is listed as a boss on the maps: Lavender Tower as the zone 3 legendary (map not open in Season 1). Boss HP is budgeted from your own damage per second, so the fight length stays close to the game's targets; the PokeBonk maps page lists every boss slot.
