How to unlock Kangaskhan in PokeBonk
Kangaskhan joins your League in two steps. First, finish its League challenge; the counters add up across runs unless a goal says "in a single run":
- Have 25 members in your League.
- Complete 35 runs (win or lose).
Catching Kangaskhan
Then Kangaskhan can show up as a Wild Encounter in your next runs, 50 to 120 seconds into a zone. It runs away after 150 seconds, so weaken it and throw a Poke Ball before then. The PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists every challenge.
Kangaskhan moves in PokeBonk
Each League Pokemon has a fixed kit of four moves. Move 1 is equipped from the start; moves 2, 3 and 4 are offered as new-move cards at player levels 2, 4 and 7. A run holds three moves until you buy the 4th move slot in the Lab. Hit damage below is the move's base hit at level 1 before your stats, items and type bonus; cooldowns shrink with attack speed.
| Slot | Move | Type | Class | Shape | Unlocks | Base hit | Cooldown |

Kangaskhan passive: Parental Bond
Your baby fights alongside you: every hit of your attacks is repeated at 25% of its damage.
Dizzy Punch, Mega Kick, and Mega Punch match Kangaskhan's type, so they deal 25% more damage (same-type bonus). Moves can also be learned from its learnset and from other League members of the same type, which the PokeBonk beginner guide explains.
Kangaskhan Ultimate in PokeBonk
Kangaskhan's Ultimate gets stronger as the line evolves: each form has its own version. Press R (Y on a controller) when the bar is full, or turn on Auto Ultimate with the Y key. The PokeBonk Ultimate guide explains how the bar charges.
| Form | Ultimate | Duration | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kangaskhan | Family Punch | 2.2 s | Mother and baby jump from enemy to enemy: a big punch and a small one on each (8, 10 or 12). It ends with a Mega Punch that cracks the ground. |
Kangaskhan stats in runs
The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths. | Form | Stage | Max HP | Armor | Speed | Physical | Special | Damage |

Where Kangaskhan appears as a boss
Besides being playable, Kangaskhan is listed as a boss on the maps: Viridian Forest as a possible zone 2 Totem. Boss HP is budgeted from your own damage per second, so the fight length stays close to the game's targets; the PokeBonk maps page lists every boss slot.
