PokeBonk Dewgong is a Water and Ice Pokemon that you cannot pick at the start of a run: it is the evolved form of Seel, a League Pokemon. Play Seel and it evolves into Dewgong automatically at player level 42, which raises your HP and damage multiplier to 1.12x. Dewgong keeps the Seel kit and upgrades the Ultimate to Aurora Beam. The line sits in B tier with a Kit Score of 29.1.

How to get Dewgong in PokeBonk
You do not unlock Dewgong directly. First unlock Seel through its League challenge and catch it; the PokeBonk unlock Pokemon guide lists the conditions. Then pick Seel for a run and level up: evolution in a run depends only on your player level, not on stones or trades, so Dewgong arrives at level 42.
Each stage adds 0.12 to your HP and damage multiplier, so an evolved form hits harder and takes more hits than the Pokemon you started with. An Eviolite helps until the last stage. See PokeBonk evolution for every line.
Dewgong moves and passive
Dewgong uses the same four-move kit as Seel; evolving does not swap moves. Its passive is Polar Fat: +15% HP and +10 armor. Every 4 s ice shards burst around you (5 m) and gradually freeze enemies. Like Dewgong, 6.5 m.

The game turns base stats into run stats with the share of each stat in the base stat total, so a balanced Pokemon and a lopsided one end up with different strengths.
