PokeBonk Revive is an epic chest item: you revive once with 35% HP. You find it in Poke Ball chests and Meowth's shop during a run, and you can hold up to 2 copies. It is not in the item pool at first: survive 25 minutes in a run to unlock it, then buy it for 1,200 Stardust.

What Revive does in PokeBonk
You revive once with 35% HP. Each extra copy adds the same bonus again, up to 2. Since version 0.5.3 bonuses of the same kind add together instead of multiplying.
Items work on every move you carry, whatever its shape, unless the effect names a shape or a type. The pause screen shows each move's damage per second, so you can check what Revive adds mid-run.
How to get Revive
Chests are Poke Balls you buy with PokeDollars during a run; each one costs more than the last. A paid Poke Ball lets you pick one of three items, Great Balls from challenge altars and guardians are free, and Meowth's shop sells four offers at a time. Epic items are rare early in a run: their odds rise with your player level, your luck and the zone you are in, so luck and later zones help.
Revive is one of the 35 items you must unlock: survive 25 minutes in a run. Then buy it in the Lab for 1,200 Stardust. The PokeBonk Stardust guide lists the cheapest unlocks first.
