PokeBonk Leaf Stone is an epic chest item: every KO has a 10% chance to release a whirl of leaves that cuts nearby enemies and heals you for 1% of HP. You find it in Poke Ball chests and Meowth's shop during a run, and you can hold up to 3 copies. It is not in the item pool at first: capture 5 support alphas to unlock it, then buy it for 1,000 Stardust.

What Leaf Stone does in PokeBonk
Every KO has a 10% chance to release a whirl of leaves that cuts nearby enemies and heals you for 1% of HP. Each extra copy adds the same bonus again, up to 3. Since version 0.5.3 bonuses of the same kind add together instead of multiplying.
Items work on every move you carry, whatever its shape, unless the effect names a shape or a type. The pause screen shows each move's damage per second, so you can check what Leaf Stone adds mid-run.
How to get Leaf Stone
Chests are Poke Balls you buy with PokeDollars during a run; each one costs more than the last. A paid Poke Ball lets you pick one of three items, Great Balls from challenge altars and guardians are free, and Meowth's shop sells four offers at a time. Epic items are rare early in a run: their odds rise with your player level, your luck and the zone you are in, so luck and later zones help.
Leaf Stone is one of the 35 items you must unlock: capture 5 support alphas. Then buy it in the Lab for 1,000 Stardust. The PokeBonk Stardust guide lists the cheapest unlocks first.
