PokeBonk Soul Dew is a legendary chest item: +20% special damage and +15% area. Your Ultimate charges 40% faster. You find it in Poke Ball chests and Meowth's shop during a run, and you can hold up to 1 copy. It is not in the item pool at first: evolve 30 times to unlock it, then buy it for 3,000 Stardust.

+20% special damage and +15% area. Your Ultimate charges 40% faster. Only one copy counts, so a second one is never offered once you hold it.
Items work on every move you carry, whatever its shape, unless the effect names a shape or a type. The pause screen shows each move's damage per second, so you can check what Soul Dew adds mid-run.
How to get Soul Dew
Chests are Poke Balls you buy with PokeDollars during a run; each one costs more than the last. A paid Poke Ball lets you pick one of three items, Great Balls from challenge altars and guardians are free, and Meowth's shop sells four offers at a time. Legendary items are rare early in a run: their odds rise with your player level, your luck and the zone you are in, so luck and later zones help.
Soul Dew is one of the 35 items you must unlock: evolve 30 times. Then buy it in the Lab for 3,000 Stardust. The PokeBonk Stardust guide lists the cheapest unlocks first.
